Dear customer, This webform has been designed in order to help you to upload the latest sell-out data, in an easier way. 1. How can I upload the quantity sold? You simply choose an article from the list and input the quantity sold/last month. 2. What should I do in case I have no sales for a specific article? You may choose to ignore that article or input zero, it should be fine either way. 3. What happens if I input a wrong number and then I hit the ‘Submit’ button by mistake? You should contact your agent, so we can erase the wrong quantity and allow you to input the right quantity. Please note: after filling in the quantity sold, the article will not be shown anymore in the list, even if you log-in again and try to submit another quantity. This is because we cannot choose which is the right quantity you wish to submit, so we take in consideration always the first one. 4. What if I have no sales for last month? You simply hit the “No sales’ button, at the right-bottom of the page, adding a short comment (like ‘Lockdown”). 5. What if I cannot find an article sold in the list? For now, we show all articles we have sold to you in the last 6 months; if this situation occurs, please contact your agent and we will find a way to add it.
